  Overseer Tammy Reese is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; at an early age she moved to South Carolina where she graduated from high school. She then furthered her education at Trident College in North Charleston, SC and became a successful business owner operating her own hair salon.  Overseer Tammy is married to her Boaz, Gary F. Reese Sr. and is the proud mother of three wonderful children: Gary F. Reese Jr. (Fritz), Samuel D. Reese (Shawn) and Krystal M. Reese (Mariah). She is also the proud grandmother of one beautiful grandchild Aaliyah R. Reese. 

 Overseer Tammy served in Church of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Johnnie Johnson and the Church Mother Willie Mae Rivers for over 20 years. Her years of service consisted of serving as the youth ministry Chairperson, the Sunshine Band Leader, and an Evangelist with a strong passion for prison and outreach ministry. God poured His spirit into Overseer Reese and placed a divine sanction upon her life that allows her to trample over the enemy. The anointing that rests on her life has and still is impacting multiple lives on a daily basis. 

As divine providence would have it this awesome woman of God and her family relocated to St. Augustine, Florida in 2004 not realizing at that time she was embarking upon her call to destiny. God continued to prepare her for leadership and in 2009 she gracefully said “yes” and with a servant’s heart was officially licensed, ordained, and installed as Pastor. 

Prophetic Worship Outreach Ministries, Inc. (PWOM) was birthed out of prayer, faith, love and commitment to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

Assistant Pastor Gail Scott Is an anointed vessel of God that serves as the First Assistant Pastor at Prophetic Worship Outreach Ministries, where she is dedicated to guiding and nurturing the spiritual growth of the congregation. With a steadfast love for God, she places Him at the forefront of her life and ministry, drawing from a lifelong commitment to her Christian faith, which began in her childhood. 

Gail has been a dedicated member of Prophetic Worship Outreach Ministries for 12 years, during which she has served as an ordained evangelist for 8 and the house prophet for 3 before answering the call to assist in pastoring the flock. Her love for souls and her passion to see the lost return to Christ are at the heart of her ministry. 

Gail is a devoted wife of 27 years of Deacon Curtis Scott, with whom she has shared 27 wonderful years of marriage. 

Together, they have been blessed with seven children and five grandchildren, forming a close-knit and loving family. 

Her family is a cornerstone of her life, providing a solid foundation for her work in the ministry. Her passion for spreading the word of God and fostering a supportive and prophetic worship environment is evident in all that she does. 

In her role, Gail combines deep theological knowledge with a compassionate approach to pastoral care, aiming to inspire and uplift those she serves. Her unwavering faith and dedication to her community make her an invaluable leader within the ministry.
